Refund Policy

This page sets out the Refund Policy governing your use of Lumine. If you do not agree to these Refund Policy, please refrain from using Lumine's services.

General

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which mentees can receive a refund for their mentoring sessions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for mentoring sessions that are canceled at least 12 hours before the session start time.

Refund Process

To request a refund, mentees must follow these steps:

  1. Log in to their Lumine account.
  2. Navigate to the "Session Detail" page of the booked session.
  3. Click the "Cancel Session" button.
  4. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

Refund Method

If a session is canceled by either the mentee or mentor, the refund will be issued as a token, not cash. This token can be used to book a new session without additional payment. Mentees can choose a different mentor when rescheduling.

Token Validity

Refund tokens are valid for six months from the date of issue.

No-Show Policy

If a mentee fails to show up for a scheduled session, the session will be terminated with no refund.
